Intrastat Thresholds for Bulgaria
Arrivals: €358.000 (BGN 700,000)
Dispatches: €512.000 (BGN 1,000,000)
Thresholds are calculated on a calendar year basis. Once exceeded, monthly reporting is required for the rest of the year and the following year.
Intrastat is the system for collecting statistics on the trade in goods between EU member states. Unlike customs declarations for non-EU trade, Intrastat collects data on intra-community movements of goods.
In Bulgaria, businesses that exceed the annual thresholds for arrivals or dispatches must submit monthly Intrastat declarations to the National Statistical Institute (NSI).
